  • How do I send my reservation details to myself or someone else?

    Once you’ve made your reservation and have a confirmation number, select the Email option located below the confirmation number. Enter one or more email addresses and separate them with commas. If you have an existing reservation, you need to select My reservations and the confirmation number of the reservation you wish to send out. Then again, select the Email option located below the confirmation number and follow the same steps as mentioned above.

  • Can I request a specific type of room, like non-smoking/smoking, wheelchair friendly, etc?

    Yes. You can contact our Customer Support Team with your request and we’ll do our best to meet your requirements. However, please keep in mind that these rooms are subject to availability when you arrive at the hotel.

  • How do I know if my booking was successful?

    You will receive an email from the reservation desk at the Hotel Parle International, when the booking gets confirmed. If not, please contact us at reservation@tulisuites.com to receive your confirmation details.

  • What is your policy regarding children? Do they stay for free?

    When you make your reservation, select the number of children traveling with you from the dropdown box. If you fill this option, the website will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. If you want an extra bed in the room, you will have to increase the number of occupants in your search.

  • Do I have to show an ID-proof at the time of check-in?

    Yes. A valid photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel above the age of 18. Accommodation can be denied if: – If suitable ID proof is not presented by guests posing as a couple – The guests are localities, as the hotel reserves the right of admission.   • How do I request for an early check-in or late check-out?

    We’re happy to offer you these two options, if available. If the resort is unable to accommodate this request, the front desk can keep your luggage on hold while you wait.

  • Will the resort hold my room if I’m arriving late?

    Since your reservation is guaranteed, the hotel is obliged to hold your room for one day. The room will stay on hold until the next morning, 7 am.
